Setup and transformation of the space — layout, staging, power, lighting and the practical detail of turning a room into a venue.

Logistics
Deliveries, timings, access, crew and equipment sequenced so that nothing arrives in the wrong order or the wrong hour.

Catering
Menus developed for the occasion, prepared by experienced chefs and served by teams briefed on the standard expected.

Coordination
One point of contact holding the run of the evening, so that changes are absorbed rather than escalated to the client.

Execution
Delivery on the night, and the reset afterwards. The space returns to the condition it was handed over in.
